In honor of the 270th anniversary of the construction of Fort William Henry, and the 268th anniversary of the March 1757 attack on Fort Willim Henry, the French and Indian War Society and the Fort William Henry Corporation, in cooperation with the Lake George Battlefield Park Alliance, present Battles & Beverages! Experience the excitement of French and Indian Winter Warfare Reenactments alongside a unique Sutler and Craft Beverage Fair.
Reenactments – Vaudreuil’s Raid of 1757
- 11:00 AM & 1:00 PM* Reenactments will depict actions that took place during the six-days of assaults on the fort that involved over 2000 men
- Lunch of soup, sandwiches, and hot beverages will be provided for participants.
Fair & Meet – Sutlers & Reenactors & Beverages
- 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM* at the Fort William Henry Museum
- Historical Sutlers and Crafts – demonstrations, displays, and sales
- Local Craft Brewers, Distillers and Wineries – tastings and sales
